Electronic Entry: Customers of the Sponsor (“Customers”) can enter the URL or scan the QR code provided on all marketing materials, and then complete all required fields, including a valid Participating Locations receipt upload: showing the location, purchase date (within the Contest Period) and amount spent; on the contest entry form with a valid email address at
www.redrivercooppromotions.com.
Mail Entry: Customers can enter the Contest with a self-addressed stamped envelope to c/o Red River Co-op Year of Free Contest, PO Box 28, Port Perry, ON, L9L 1A2. The envelope must contain a fully completed ballot entry from a Participating location Any mailing containing more than one Entry will be discarded, including all of the Entries. No mechanical reproductions permitted.
Each Electronic Entry and Mail Entry is known as an “Entry” and collectively as “Entries.” Neither the Administrator nor the Sponsor take any responsibility for any lost, stolen, delayed, illegible, damaged, misdirected, late, destroyed incomplete or incompatible Entries (all of which are void).
Limit one (1) Entry per person regardless of the method of entry, email address, telephone numbers or addresses provided per day.
Any attempt or suspected attempt to use robotic, automatic, programmed or otherwise illicit means to enter the Contest, or any other methods not authorized by these Contest Rules, for example, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts, identities, or registrations, all in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, shall be deemed as tampering and may disqualify you from entering, participating and/or winning a prize. Entries that contain false or incomplete information are void. Entries that are late, lost, stolen, illegible, contain false information, are damaged, misdirected, mutilated, garbled or incomplete, altered or otherwise irregular or that do not conform with or satisfy any or all of the conditions of the Contest Rules are void. Entrants grant Sponsor a non-exclusive licence to use all entries for the purpose of the Contest. No correspondence will be entered into except with Selected Entrants. Proof of transmission (for example, screenshots or captures) does not constitute proof of entry or receipt of an entry.
All entries must be complete and are subject to verification by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion.
All entries must be received on or before the Contest Closing Date.
